Technical product training.
We started deploying it on the liquid network, a Bitcoin side chain where it can be tokenized. After 9 months of hard work, we realized that it was the wrong path: The Blockstream developers (those who have the libraries) weren't doing a good job, and there were too many technical limitations to do brilliant things due to the fact that Liquid (and Bitcoin networks) are not complete Turing. So we decided to abandon Liquid in favor of Polygon, a network that we knew perfectly well that we had been working with since Tutellus.
What is the main financial problem for SMEs?
Stock markets are only available to large companies. So SMEs have very few ways of obtaining liquidity: some can obtain loans and large ones can do so from other SMEs, but this is not the norm.
So the main problem for SMEs is liquidity limitations: it is very complex to obtain a liquidity and cash event for the interested parties.
And secondary markets are also a utopia for SMEs: there are not enough deep orders and the result is that there is no liquidity. We have tried several secondary markets (such as Bewater in Spain), but there is no real liquidity. And this will be a common problem for any small business.
We need real liquidity markets to solve this problem.
Introducing TurinPool, the framework for creating liquidity for Equity tokens.
TurinPool is an AMM protocol focused on Equity tokens, which aims to create liquidity markets for any type of Equity tokens.
It is such as the Stock Exchange for companies that are not on the Stock Exchange. With TurilPool, any company can make its Equity liquid, obtaining liquidity for its founders or financing through the market.
TurinPool is 100% compliant with EU regulations and legislation. It is easy to use and, because of its simplicity, it has taken a long time to develop it. We expect to release it during the first quarter of 2023.
